( Om Hreem Namah ) — The Beej Mantra of 1 Mukhi Rudraksha, associated with Lord Shiva. Chant 108 times daily while wearing the bead, ideally on a Monday after bath. The wearer should meditate on the symbol of “ Om ”.

Ancient texts confirm there is no difference in spiritual potency between the two shapes — what matters is that it is real, pure and properly energised.
