If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason—whether the item is damaged or you have simply changed your mind—you may return it under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your Rudraksham item must meet the following criteria:

Return Window: The return must be initiated (by emailing us) within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with any certificates, tags, and proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
The following items are exempt from being returned or refunded:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Any Customized items or items marked as 'Final Sale' in the product description cannot be accepted back.
How to Initiate a Return

Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with your Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the address for shipping the return.

Ship: Please send your return via a reliable courier or postal service with a tracking number. [Rudraksham] is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Return Shipping & Fees

Change of Mind Returns: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or placed a wrong order, you, the customer, will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Defective/Incorrect Item Returns: If the return is a result of our error (you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), [Rudraksham] will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 5-7 business days (depending on your bank's processing times).

Deductions: For returns initiated due to a change of mind, the original shipping charges and any transaction fees incurred by us are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount.
