In the Nath Parampara, Rudraksha is understood as a living interface between the individual (Jiva) and the cosmic (Shiva). Each Mukhi resonates with a specific energy center — a chakra — and when combined thoughtfully, these beads can support balance, healing, and inner transformation.
These are suggestions rooted in tradition — not prescriptions. Every practitioner’s path is unique; consult your Guru or spiritual guide before adopting a personal combination.

Universal Fallback Combination
Per the Nath lineage text itself — 5 Mukhi + 6 Mukhi is accessible, sattvic, and beneficial across all chakras. Suitable for daily wear and puja by all practitioners regardless of their level.
A Note on Combinations
- Combinations are additive — more Mukhis do not always mean more benefit
- Intention (Sankalpa) and purification (Shodhana) matter as much as the Mukhi
- Begin with one or two Mukhis; let practice deepen before expanding
Alakh Niranjan.
